We had an amazing time in our Escape Campervan which we picked up in Calgary and then traveled to Banff and Jasper. The Campervan was beautiful (see photo), clean, and outfitted with everything we needed for a great trip. The online process was seamless and the on-site manager, Aaron, was warm, friendly, responsive and helpful. We had our bikes with us and spent our days riding bikes, hiking, river rafting, and being awestruck by the surrounding beauty on a daily basis. Great experience and customer service, from beginning, midway when we need help with a water pump and at the handover at the end. As first time campers for more than a weekend the van made life easy and incredible fun! We did two weeks and the fridge cooler meant only needing to shop twice for food. Big beds, we (2 adults) stayed in a maverick. Unforgettable experience and will 100% be doing it again with escape in a different area to explore more of the amazing wilderness North America has to offer. The team with Escape Campervans impressed me at every level. I planned an 11-day father son trip with our 26-year-old son. The prices and policies were very clear. The staff answered all of my questions before I selected the van. The team in Portland was exceptional. My son really enjoyed the pop up tent on top. We had an issue on the final day with a brake sensor that affected our ability to get the vehicle out of park (we managed to with some subtle movements of the gearshift). We found a repair shop, lost some time that day - and the company took care of the bill on the spot - and went overboard with some other help to make up for it. We ran into some issues in Cannon City, Oregon. The local community gave us a ticket for not parking in an RV space. But the van was only 17 feet 7 inches so we parked in a regular spot. The police took the ticket and said we wouldn't need to pay. You may run into this issue since it's a van acting as an RV. Despite the costs - everything adds up - I'd rent from them again in a heartbeat. Escape Campervans is a class act in every sense.... Read More
